Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in the best condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Bayberry uses a warranty period of 24 months for this. Should the article still show defects during normal use within the warranty period, it will be replaced by Bayberry free of charge. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

No claim can be made under the warranty with:

  • negligent maintenance or improper use;
  • damage due to intent or negligence;
  • damage due to non-observance or incorrect observance of the user manual / manual;
  • wear and tear or loss of the product;

Send your warranty claim to customerservice@bayberry.nl and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Address and place of residence
  • phone number
  • Date of purchase
  • Type of product
  • Brief explanation
